We have master Injectors as well as experienced licensed Estheticians on staff who use cutting edge methods and products to achieve optimal results for each patient.

Front Desk/Administrative 1-2 years in Medical Spa, Plastic Surgery, Dental, Other (Preferred) Customer service:
1 year (Preferred).
Knowledge about cosmetic services such as Botox, Fillers, Lasers, Facial services and skincare.
(Preferred) Experience with medical booking softwares is a plus.
Zenoti, Mack Software, Boulevard, PatientFi, etc.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and following through with incoming calls and emails from first point of contact to resolution.
Meet and greet all incoming guest in a luxurious, warm fashion.
Ability to answer and direct incoming calls.
Interacting with potential and existing guests in a manner that optimizes our vision of excellent customer service while solving customer service concerns and promoting services.
Direct and educate guests to schedule a complimentary consultation for treatment services.
Foster and nurture positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
Initiating and/or assisting with any task, office duty, or project necessary to maintain a highly functioning, fast paced cosmetic medical office.
Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills.
Ability to speak about and sell skincare retail products and spa services.
Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications.
Experience with Zenoti or EMR systems a plus.
Must be proficient in google documents, excel, general office computer skills needed.
Opening and closing the office.
Running end of day closing and billing reports, completing general opening/closing duties.
Ability to work independently, strong sense of urgency, ability to work with poise under stressful, fast-paced conditions.
Organizational, multitasking, prioritizing, time management and follow up skills, detail oriented, high level of accuracy.
Must maintain a HIGH attention to detail.
Charting & billing procedures in EMR system.
Must be able to take efficient before and after pictures.
Applying topical numbing cream to patients.
Room set up and break down.
Must be comfortable around blood and needles.
Assist with stocking rooms with medical supplies.
Well-spoken and courteous.
Ability to answer medical questions with confidence.
Warm and attentive personalities.
Schedule is full time Monday-Friday.
Skin NV has two late days on Mondays & Wednesday's closing at 7pm.
Candidate must be able to work 11am-7:
30pm one night per week.
Must be able to work 1-2 Saturdays a month.
