Responsibilities:
Develop and implement results-driven communications strategy to increase reach and effectiveness of mission of Man up and Go Serve as lead internal graphic designer to help organizational constituents understand our mission, vision, values, and ways to be involved Manage and assist in ongoing updates and web development projects, ensuring all aspects of website are current Expand organizational reach by developing and implementing creative and effective social media strategy Develop messaging and digital/print deliverables as needed for diverse audiences to include volunteers, donors, community partners, media, businesses, and churches Assists in the production of supporting elements to be used in videos, presentations, email, on the website, in print, and through social media platforms.
Draft, edit, and publish weekly email communication pieces to organizational constituents Submit engagement reporting Meet annual goals as outlined in organizational and personal objectives Maintain brand standards and integrity for organization across all departments Meet and exceed industry best practices Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Participate in weekly/monthly staff meetings Pray for the work of Man Up and Go Willingness to commit to personal and professional development including, but not limited to, participation in organizational continuing education Time Investment:
Full-time, salaried position 12-month employee Requirements:
Active member of local, like-minded church Two years marketing, communications, or public relations experience Experience in graphic design, especially Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) Knowledge and experience in using social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube Bachelor's Degree required Commitment to vision, mission, and values of Man Up and Go Competencies:
