Responsibilities:
Supervise and train a team of cleaners to ensure they meet their cleaning targets and adhere to all company policies and procedures Provide coverage cleaning to ensure all tasks are completed nightly.
Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure that cleaning standards are being met and identify areas that require improvement Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure that they are in good condition and are being used appropriately Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints, and take corrective action as necessary Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory, and personnel performance Ensure that all staff are trained on and follow proper safety procedures and protocols Requirements:
Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or a similar role in a janitorial company Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus If you are a highly motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality cleaning services, we encourage you to apply for this position.
