Mechanical Assembler Position Overview:
As a Mechanical Assembler for Aeronautical Systems Engineering, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing complex mechanical components and systems used in aeronautical applications.

Responsibilities:

Component Assembly:
Utilize engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical manuals to assemble intricate mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and systems.
Ensure all parts are correctly aligned, fitted, and secured.
2.
Precision Work:
Perform intricate tasks involving tight tolerances and critical measurements.
Use various hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to accomplish precise assembly tasks.
3.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect components and assemblies at various stages of production to verify adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Identify and rectify any discrepancies or defects, and report issues to supervisors.
4.
Documentation:
Accurately document assembly processes, measurements, and any deviations encountered during assembly.
Contribute to maintaining accurate records of assembly procedures and quality control checks.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineering teams, designers, and other assemblers to resolve technical issues, provide feedback on design improvements, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of assembly processes.

Safety and Compliance:

Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical assembly is a plus.
Previous experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in aerospace or a related industry.
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong attention to detail and precision in executing assembly tasks.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment with skill and safety.
