Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Greet and assist visitors, athletes, and parents with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage phone calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information about our programs and services.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Customer Support:
Assist with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about classes, schedules, and special events.
Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Registration and Check-In:
Facilitate the registration process for new and existing athletes.
Manage check-ins for classes, events, and other activities.
Communication:
Keep families informed about upcoming events, schedule changes, and any relevant updates.
Communicate effectively with coaches, directors, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Administrative Support:
Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Support the coordination of special events and activities.
