This is a in person position.
Candidate will be proficient in office365, using slack and customer management software.
REQUIRED experience 2 years working as a dispatcher with a home service company(plumbing, hvac, electrical, etc) Windows office proficient (excel, word) Formal customer service representative training Routing ability with strong familiarity with the Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Hernando county areas.
Preferred experience 2 year college degree(preferred) Experience using Housecall Pro a plus Job Type:
